About Laura Devonshire Wellness
From helping me work through high stress and anxiety levels, supporting me through illness to managing and maintaining balance in this busy demanding world we live in. Reflexology, Reiki, Sound Healing and Yoga are a big part of my life tool-kit, they nourish and help me physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
My journey with holistic therapies initially began with Reflexology in 2008, I was going through a prolonged stressful time with work. Working long hours and finding it hard to ‘switch off’ I could feel myself burning out.

Little did I know then that this would be the beginning of what has turned out to be a life changing journey over the last decade!
I qualified as a Sound Healing Practitioner in 2019 and work with incredible Himalayan Singing Bowls. My first experience of Sound Healing was in a yoga class in 2015. It completely caught me off guard when one of the frequencies made me start crying from nowhere and left me wondering what on earth has just happened! This started me on a path to explore Sound Healing and I’m soooo delighted to be able to share this wonderful experience with you.

Over the years I found Yoga to be so much more than a physical practice, it is a journey of self-discovery and connection. Combining the physical practice of yoga with breath awareness and meditation creates space for profound transformation. Yoga is not just what we practice on our mats but what we take into our everyday lives.
I now fully appreciate how the most painful experiences can be our greatest teachers. How love and compassion, for oneself and others, are our greatest healers. Reflexology, Reiki, Sound Healing and Yoga have helped me on life’s journey, I want to share them and help others find wholeness, happiness and balance within.
