These no-bake energy balls could not be simpler: oats, honey, peanut butter, chocolate chips and seeds are all you need. The recipe makes plenty of energy balls for snacks throughout the week.

Ingredients
- 90 g rolled oats
- 120 g peanut butter
- 55 g ground flaxseed
- 85 g chocolate chips
- 80 ml honey
- 12 g chia seeds (optional)
- 5 ml vanilla extract
Directions
- Assemble all the ingredients.
- Put the oats, peanut butter, ground flaxseed, chocolate chips, honey, chia seeds and vanilla extract in a bowl, then mix well. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Take the chilled mixture from the refrigerator and roll it into 20 balls, each about 2.5 cm in diameter.
Cook’s Note
If you would rather make bars than balls, press the mixture into a baking tray lined with baking parchment, then slice into bars.
Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
