Join us once more for a rejuvenating and uplifting Yoga Retreat at Honeywood Farm. Spend a long weekend in the countryside, restoring your energy for the final part of 2023.
This is the third Yoga retreat I have co-hosted at Honeywood Farm, and I am delighted to be holding another successful retreat at this enchanting location.
If you have a moment, please read reviews of our earlier retreats: Honeywood Farm Retreat in Review.
What to expect:
- Beautiful surroundings, from sweeping lawns to secluded woodland spaces for Yoga practice.
- Tasty, filling homemade vegetarian food.
- Morning and evening Yoga sessions featuring a range of Yoga styles.
- Daily excursions and/or activities to choose from.
- An introductory discussion about beekeeping and honey production.
- Ample free time to relax and discover all that the farm has to offer.
You can enjoy Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra and a silent walking meditation.
This rustic, family-run farm is less than three hours from Cape Town and provides sweeping views, fresh country air, a choice of accommodation and numerous perfect places for Yoga practice.
Honeywood Farm has belonged to the Moodie family since 1817. It sits alongside the wild, magnificent Grootvadersbosch Nature Reserve at the foot of the Langeberg Mountains: a true paradise for nature lovers. In this tranquil, safe setting, you can enjoy activities including hiking, mountain biking, birdwatching, horse riding and swimming in rivers and pools.
If you have visited Honeywood Farm, you will know why it makes such an ideal Yoga retreat venue.
